Online Card Classes Pattern Play

Not a 100% sure what day this falls under but I stamped a Paper Smooches stamp on pattern paper and for the first picture I added the white eyes from white cardstock and the second pic I used signo white pen to color in eyes then Viva Decor to put the black in to the eye area. I stamped a Paper Smooches sentiment on part of the packaging that I had to cut off to make it fit in my sleeve that I store stamps in (idea from Jennifer McGuire, love this way of storing!) I hope you like them...

Online Classes Pattern Play Day 5 Second post variation on the theme

I used the rest of the paper to create one more card. I used an Impression Obsession background stamp to create a subtle background on the kraft card directly. Then I added the rest of the embossed background and added a tag with my handwritten hello and a few sequins colored with copic marker.

Online Classes Pattern Play Day 5

I altered this pattern paper using a background stamp and distress inks. Used a border punch and sequins to finish it off...

Online Classes Pattern Play Day 3 Third post

Online Classes Pattern Play Day 3 Second post

I think I might try this style on a Scrapbook page to spice things up a bit too! Stay tuned...

Online Classes Pattern Play Day 3

This was a way to use Pattern paper that I may have seen before but had never thought of doing it myself before. I really like how it turned out on this example and the next. I have a lot of busy scrapbook paper that I have been given that I use a little of but this really does work... What do you think of it??

Online Classes Pattern Play Day 2

Playing around with pattern paper for Day 2 of Online Card Classes Day 2 of Pattern Play. A fun challenge indeed!

Online Classes Pattern Play Day 1

I am taking a class at Online Card Classes working with Pattern Paper! I have a ton of this and really have used it in a limiting way so this is a great way to learn how to use it more! This first card I made was fun but towards the end I was surrounded on both sides by "helpers" my 7 and 4 yr old daughters. I stopped thinking and got to the point of let's just finish. SO I would have used the vellum with the saying on it with clear pot dots instead of gluing it down with glossy accents. I don't like that look at all~ but a lesson learned! Enjoy and May God bless you this day!
